Géré par la Mutualité Française Anjou Mayenne, le CRBV, établissement de Soins de Suite et de Réadaptation, établissement de santé privé d’intérêt collectif (ESPIC), propose à près de 400 personnes déficientes visuelles par an, un bilan personnalisé des capacités fonctionnelles visuelles et un parcours de rééducation, réadaptation et un accompagnement personnalisé.
Réalisé par le Centich, espace d’accueil, d’information et de conseils en aides techniques parcours de sensibilisation et de prévention banc d’essai des technologies pour l’autonomie dans le logement, lieu d’échanges et de formation pour les professionnels. Un exemple d'innovation pour aider à compenser la perte d'autonomie dans tous les actes de la vie quotidienne.

L’instructeur en locomotion, est un professionnel de la réadaptation et de la rééducation fonctionnelle; visant l’accès à l’autonomie et à la sécurité des personnes malvoyantes ou aveugles dans le cadre de leur mobilité et de leurs déplacements.
Il travaille en centre de rééducation et aussi dans des services de gériatrie ou dans des lieux de vie.
Un téléphone mobile qui peut tout faire par un simple appui sur une touche. Cela comprend la fonction d’urgence, qui appelle et envoie automatiquement un SMS d’alerte à des numéros prédéfinis.
L’appareil comporte des fonctions alarme automatique en cas de perte de verticalité et d’absence de mouvement ; il est idéal pour la sécurité des personnes vivant ou travaillant seules et susceptibles d’avoir besoin d’aide.
Largement ouvert au public mais labyrinthique, l’hôtel de la région Rhône-Alpes a bénéficié d’une démarche Haute qualité d’usage innovante en matière d’accessibilité pour tous les handicaps. Des équipements de guidage multisensoriels ont été généralisés.

The qualitative research described in this paper was focused on deafblind women, in order to reveal their own perspective on the status of deafblind women in Croatia. Without understanding of their real needs, interests and rights, the development of aproppriate support services is impossible, which was another motive to start this research.
